I am so happy to work with Ken Buzby he is a very helpful salesman. He has a lot of information and takes time to get to know what you are looking for. He takes you out to see and test drive what you are int salesman. He has a lot of information and takes time to get to know what you are looking for. He takes you out to see and test drive what you are interested in and has suggestions, but does not push. I would recommend him. When I need another car I will be back to your dealership and to work with him. Thank you. More
Brought my car in at 7:30 and waited until 9:15 before anyone came to speak with me. I was told the thermostat replacement would cost $1,100. This was "clutch your chest time" because the fellow sitting anyone came to speak with me. I was told the thermostat replacement would cost $1,100. This was "clutch your chest time" because the fellow sitting next to me was told that he needed a new thermostatt and it would cost $300. I couldn't figure out why big difference. He said that he would wait for the car and that it would take about an hour. My service rep said that they had to let the car cool down and it would be ready around 5 PM. I asked if my extended warranty would cover it. He was surprised because he didn't know that I had the warranty. I said you should have - I bought the car here and it should be on my file. 10 minutes later he told me that it was covered. They gave me a ride home and around 5 PM I called to find out the status of my car. I was told it's still sitting there, it took too long to call down and we haven't had a chance to work on it. I was nonplussed. I said the car would have cooled down in less than an hour if you had put it outside in the 60 degree temp. The following day, I was picked up and brought to your shop. I thought the overall treatment was the poorest customer service that I had ever encountered. When my car was ready, I made my way to the "service manager on-duty" he had little interest and a lot of excuses. We get busy - why do you take reservations and delay working on the car? - We get busy and take some cars right away. You don't have to be a genius to know xx when you hear it. By the way, as I was driving home, I something on the steering wheel was irritating my hand. I looked and found that about 3-inches of the leather was scuffed and looked like zipper teeth. I did not turn around and go back to the shop because I was pretty sure I would here either, That wasn't done here or Leave it here, we'll have it ready in a couple of days. I'm pretty sure that I will have to find another place to have my car serviced. More

Our salesman Bam, was great. We stopped to look and get information and ended up buying a car. Bam knew the car, even though it was a new model for 2024 and was able to explain everything about it and answer our questions. We wanted a car that could be flat towed behind our camper. He knew right-a-way the Envista Avenir was the car. It was loaded with a great package of option and the right color red. The 30 mpg city and 31 mpg highway was a real plus for an all gas car. Within an hour and a half we made a decision that we wanted to buy the car. There was a long wait for the getting information back on financing which was much longer than it should have been. We ended up not getting financing and paid cash on it. We were Able to talk to one of the guys in service and I was felt comfortable that they would be able to car for our new car the way we wanted it to be cared for. They only offer 36 moth warranty unless you want to pay more for a longer warranty. We got printed out instructions on how to dingy tow (flat tow) the car which was very helpful. Unfortunately, Buick does not support customers with factory install of dingy tow packages. We have to go to a third party. Overall, a good experience and good salesman and hopefully a great car.
