I went to the lightning lube for an oil change since I was told I get free oil changes. Unfortunately, I was not given a heads up that they had expired. Also, I had issues with my car on my way to the dea was told I get free oil changes. Unfortunately, I was not given a heads up that they had expired. Also, I had issues with my car on my way to the dealership. I tried to ask if it can be diagnosed, but was told I couldn't be helped. That I needed to go to a different dealership. I made my way to the service department where, after waiting 4hrs, I was told that a code had appeared but it was cleared and the car was running fine. I was recommended to a different dealership to further diagnose due to a factory warranty despite my warranty with this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and listened to my concerns. More
