Phillip's Buick/GMC was a very low pressure dealership. We were never pressed to buy a car. Our sales person was Scott Hall, a very friendly no high pressure salesman. I was on vacation from Indiana when A/C on Buick Enclave quit cooling. Monday morning phone call to Kiley led me to bring vehicle in and told 2 hr wait to diagnose issue. Forty-five min later I was being dr quit cooling. Monday morning phone call to Kiley led me to bring vehicle in and told 2 hr wait to diagnose issue. Forty-five min later I was being driven back to residence by the shuttle driver, Brooks. The vehicle was completed by end of first day. More
