Mr. Buzby was very personable, and very interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle, from the safety features to the fog lamps that I had to have. The "deal" was done remotely, I was at work, and Mr. Buzby took the anxiety that I would have had completely away! I was up dated in a timely manner, and never left in the dark throughout my car buying experience, and had 100% confidence in Mr. Buzby. I purchased the Encore GX, 2021 and very happy to know about all the safety features, and very happy with my new vehicle. From start to finish it was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. With this place it's strictly buyer beware. I have purchased eight used vehicles from Phillips. Only three have not had any issues within a short period of time. One truck didn't have an oil ca I have purchased eight used vehicles from Phillips. Only three have not had any issues within a short period of time. One truck didn't have an oil cap. Two had issues that required over $1000 worth of repair under 70,000 miles. One needed a water pump shortly after I bought it. The last truck I bought has an issue that the dealership can't duplicate so in their eyes nothing can be done. The last vehicle I bought needed a total brake job before I made the second payment. You ask, so why did you keep going back? I'm an idiot I guess but I actually like Buzz. But I won't buy another one there. More
