Dealer takes limited responsibility for product flaws Rear wiper arm on my 2016 Lincoln MKX broke. I accept responsibility for this. The original arm had corroded onto the shaft so badly that the dealer Rear wiper arm on my 2016 Lincoln MKX broke. I accept responsibility for this. The original arm had corroded onto the shaft so badly that the dealer had to use a grinding wheel to cut it off the shaft of the motor. They charged me $87 because of this flaw in the product design. Lincoln should pay to correct this defect. More

The Service Manager upon hearing of my dissatisfaction, made me 100% satisfied. The really IMPRESSIVE part is he went out of his way to find me while I was running errands, and he drove across town to personally hand me my reimbursement check. That is truly customer service at its best!! More

They said they would download updates which should resolve the problem. After picking up the car, the audio and phone interface did not work at all. We called and were told to bring it back, which we did. They said they would need to install a new module which should fix the issue. Unfortunately, that took 5 days to get the module and get everything to work. On a positive note, the service advisor was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you, Daniel! We were also given a loaner car while ours was being fixed which helped. The young lady who delivered our car was also very helpful in explaining everything we needed. Thanks, Cassidy! More

Our purchase yesterday of another new Lincoln from Phil Long Lincoln in Colorado Springs was yet again a superb experience, under the professional and expert leadership of Bill Kornder. This is not the first Lincoln we have bought with Bill's involvement, and he is the prototype for Lincoln representatives: (1) he is technically knowledgeable of each detail of the car, and completely up to date on annual changes, (2) he is pleasant and cordial in demeanor, and (3) he is completely flexible on customer hours to accomplish a visit and complete the deal. The sales support staff was also professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The car was fully ready upon our scheduled arrival, making the transaction go smoothly. Phil Long Lincoln and Bill Kornder have my very highest recommendation. As an aside - we have had superior experience with Phil Long Lincoln whenever we have brought our cars in for service appointments. More

Poor Quality control Took our MKX in for an oil leak. After about a week, dealer replaced a strut and the oil pan. Car was leaking worse after the service. Took back and after about a week the oil pan was replaced again. Still leaking, took back. After about a week, we were told that this is a known problem with not allowing sufficient time for the adhesive to dry. A factory rep was brought in to make sure this was fixed. The first day we took the car out, there was a terrible noise coming from under the car. Found a shield dragging under the car. The dealership told us it appears that two of the screws were left out of the shield. Rather than installing a new shield the old shield appears to have been bent back and re-attached. Quality and pride in the work seems to be lacking at this time at Phil Long Lincoln's service department. More
