Entire puchase was a painful process. Required features were not installed prior to vehicle delivery. Vehicle came from another dealer and was not fully inspected or prepped prior to delivery. Required paperwork and contracts were given to us piecemeal, out of any logical order, and in a complete mess. Took me 2 hours at home to sort and collate warranty documents and contract paperwork. Dealership did not install/supply required services. WE had to point out the lack of purchased Pulse Brakes and Secure Mark sevices. My wife and I had to make four separate 50 mile round trips from Monument to get all features installed and accessories delivered. Dealer made everything right in the end but we certainly did not enjoy the experience. If I had it to do over, I would have purchased from another dealer in Denver. By the way, I realize there was construction ongoing but, parking at Phil Long Motor City is a dangerous and often frightening adventure. This is the 3rd Hyundai we have owned. Our last Santa Fe was purchased at Watermark Hyundai in Marion Il. I can’t say enough about the prioessionalism of the Illinos dealer or how much we have enjoyed our previous Hyundai vehicles purchases/experiences. Wish this purchase could have been half as good. On a brighter note, we love our new Tucson Hybrid. More

The General Manager Steve checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and Steve was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. Steve took good care of me and helped me out moving forward. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Steve and Phil long hyundai motor city service department and also sales department. I recommend Every one to bring your vehicle to this location to get service and if you're looking to buy a new vehicle. Thanks Steve More
Complaint: 12/11/23 I Michael Eugene Bully got a recall notice in the mail last month from Hyundai Corporate office stating that my 2007 Sante Fe had a recall for a leaking oil pan. I noticed before that, notice in the mail last month from Hyundai Corporate office stating that my 2007 Sante Fe had a recall for a leaking oil pan. I noticed before that, my battery kept draining so I called this Hyundai dealer in Motor City and they called me in a couple weeks ago for an inspection. During the inspection they found the leaking oil pan and also the oil from the oil pan leaked inside the alternator. So the alternator became bad due to the oil leak which caused the battery to also drain. So the technician Falepa set up my an appointment to replace the oil pan and replace the alternator plus put a oil cover over the alternator for December 13th. I called off of work for the 13th so here's the kicker. Falepa called me today 11/13 and informed me that the alternator was backed up so we have to reschedule for a later day after they receive the alternator. This was very incompetent, unprofessional, dishonest, and no integrity because why Falepa didn't just make the initial appointment after they received the alternator in the first place which caused me to miss work for no reason plus I'm also scheduled to go out of town to see my Mother, Grandkids, and daughter on December 22nd thur the 26th to spend Christmas with my Family and I was planning to drive my Sante Fe out of town. Falepa claimed they couldn't find a simple alternator but there's over a hundred Hyundai dealers in the state of Colorado so I find that very hard to believe. I even offered to ask my job Worldpac that sale warehouse auto parts but Falepa claim the parts have to come straight from the Hyundai dealer. So I told Falepa that I would be calling Every Hyundai dealer in the state in the morning to find that simple alternator and if I find one, I will be next day airing it to your store and he said okay. This sucks! I heard bad things about this Hyundai dealer but I decided to try them out since they're located close to my house. I also told Falepa that I should get some type of compensation for making me call off work for nothing which made me miss money. If they don't find a simple alternator before Christmas I do Not recommend Anyone to do Any business at this Hyundai dealer. Thank you. Respectfully Yours; The Bully Family More
This dealership had me wait 3 weeks for an appointment with the service department, confirmed my appointment 2 times via text, had me come in, hand them the keys, answer questions, and sit for 45 minutes with the service department, confirmed my appointment 2 times via text, had me come in, hand them the keys, answer questions, and sit for 45 minutes only to discover THEY DON'T HAVE THE PART NEEDED. Great, why couldn't they tell me before wasting 2 hours of my day. Incompetency runs high in the service department. Go somewhere else! More
This service dept is horrible. They lie and and say your car is fixed when it's not. I've had my 2022 Hyundai sonata up there several times with no resolution for this supposed cab They lie and and say your car is fixed when it's not. I've had my 2022 Hyundai sonata up there several times with no resolution for this supposed cable that even the master tech can't figure out. Complete frustration to spend over $30k on a car and have it in the shop 8 times within a year. More
