Took three or four or more trips to get a rattle and clunking in rear hatch fixed. Two trips to replace twelve volt battery that was poorly designed. EV hostile with 1 of 2 fast charger removed and outrageous $0.99 per kilowatt. I consider my Ionic 5 to be a lemon. More

Very nice employees but my IONIQ 5 was not fixed. It broke down 4 days later from the same 12v starting issue. I’m very unsatisfied with Hyundai. Never head a problem with any of the mechanics, or consultants. They get the job done. However, Brandy is insufferable. Every time ive called, she is rude and pretentious to any question asked.
