We recently purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership. Our sales person Zach Weasley was easily the best sales person we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Had the worst experience with the people. First off they told me I had three days to return my car if I didn’t like it. I called on day three and said I didn’t like it and wanted to return it First off they told me I had three days to return my car if I didn’t like it. I called on day three and said I didn’t like it and wanted to return it. They told me I was not able to do that even though I was told that when it was purchased. Then they messed up on my prior vehicles paperwork then called me to come sign it again. I stated I don’t live in Colorado Springs and didn’t want to drive back up there requesting them to mail it to me or bring it to me. They stated they were not able to do that. So I had to take time off work and my gas to go back. Then I was told because of that I would need a longer temp tag to call Andrew when it got close to expiration. I called for a week to Andrew upon the tag being expired and left VM’s everyday with no return call. Then I had my son stop by to get me a tag because he was in the Springs and he was told he couldn’t get it due to not being on the loan. I then asked to speak to the receptionist explain I had been calling with no return call and this is ridiculous for me to have to drive back again. She then got the manager (which name I do not know or sure would’ve shared it on here) he yelled at my son stating had I taken care of this prior to expiring then this wouldn’t be a problem. I asked to speak to him because heaven forbid him be a man and talk to the parent like that but yet a child and he refused . Then he decided to say well I can mail it. If I could give this place less than poor I sure would. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here. Once they make that sale it’s pretty much screw you! More

This dealership had me wait 3 weeks for an appointment with the service department, confirmed my appointment 2 times via text, had me come in, hand them the keys, answer questions, and sit for 45 minutes with the service department, confirmed my appointment 2 times via text, had me come in, hand them the keys, answer questions, and sit for 45 minutes only to discover THEY DON'T HAVE THE PART NEEDED. Great, why couldn't they tell me before wasting 2 hours of my day. Incompetency runs high in the service department. Go somewhere else! More

I filled out an online request at Phil along Hyundai (they were closed) and received a call when they opened from Joseph Carr. It was a great experience and worth the drive down to Colorado Springs to purchase my car. Joseph listened to what I wanted and what was important to me. I highly recommend Joseph and Phil Long Hyundai. More
I hate to do this but they don't seem to be care much about me or my experience at the dealership so thought it was necessary to share with others so you know what you may be getting in to. Before they say anything in their response I do have all of the below in written communication with the dealership. I was looking for a new Hyundai Palisade. I was sent a price of 54k. It was a blue vehicle instead of a white one but the sale person Isabelle let me know that her manager said they would be able to trade for a white one. I said great and asked what I needed to do to move forward. She sent me a credit application for financing and said as soon as I filled it out they would provide me with numbers and I could leave a deposit. I promptly filled out the application and then heard nothing for 4 hours. I had to reach out more than once and just kept being told they were busy. When I finally received numbers based off my credit (in the 800s) the car was now being listed at 58k. I quickly asked why and was told that they were doing a mark up on the car because they were so popular. Don't you think thats information I should've been given up front? Don't you think I should've been provided that number originally instead of the 54k? So now my credit has been hard hit and they are raising the price. I had to work to get ahold of a manager. It was not an easy task. I have been talking with Luis the last few days and it has been less than a pleasant experience. I am now being told they might not be able to get a white one and the fact that Luis is not actively following up with me is even more frustrating. The only time I hear from him is if I reach out first to try and get an update. He told me this morning that I could just call the other dealership (450 miles away) and buy the car through them. I told him that his dealership had ran my credit and I didn't want to continue to get a hard hit against my credit. He told me that it didn't hurt my credit which is not true because it dropped 8 points just getting it ran. In the end I wish they would just work harder to help make it right. They clearly miscommunicated on their end and are doing nothing to help make this experience better for me. More
