Do not know who Luis Creminis is. Matthew was very pleasant to work with and most helpful in responding to inquiries. Do not appreciate the back and forth dealing - we have purchased vehicles for over 40 years, and tired of the old 'drag them down' to get a deal agreed. Respect the knowledge of older buyers and negotiate accordingly. Would refer to this dealership. Bill in finance knew that we did not want to be 'sold' on warranties and service agreements and respected that; allowing for a quick process to sign title/purchase documents. However, did not appreciate waiting over an hour to get in to do so, when we had concluded negotiations and agreed to purchase at least four hours before. More
As much as I appreciate your service department getting me in for my 8000 mile service on your vehicle that I'm leasing one day early, I DO NOT appreciate being ignored. I told two different people that one tire had a slow leak. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told the technician didn't find anything wrong with the tire in question.Not only that, they rotated the tires incorrectly, according to the owners manual. But that's besides the point. The point is that I ended up having to take your vehicle to Les Schwab, in Cañon City where I live, and pay for the tire to be repaired. It had picked up a nail. I'm not sure how or why the technician didn't find the nail. I suspect that it's because Phil Long didn't want to spend the time/money to repair the tire. There is a chance that we didn't include the road hazard insurance when we took possession of the vehicle. As we haven't received any of the paperwork from when we leased it. But at the least your service department could have let us know that there was a nail in the tire. Additionally, I would think that removing the air filter and blowing it out would be part of the service routine. That was not done either. I know because I have removed it myself 3 times now to clean it. I removed it when we got home, the day of the service to check to see if it had been removed and cleaned. It had not been touched.
