I went in on Monday 3/10 at 2pm for an alignment, wasn’t greeted and stood by the sliding door waiting to be acknowledged. Felipe wasn’t there, so another male advisor checked me in like I was a burden. He greeted and stood by the sliding door waiting to be acknowledged. Felipe wasn’t there, so another male advisor checked me in like I was a burden. He stated multipoint inspection would be included, and I requested if they could add a little bit of antifreeze because mine is at the low line. When it was time to pay, Felipe showed the alignment sheets and vehicle service history sheets. I asked if I could have the vehicle service history for record. He said no. Multipoint inspection sheets weren’t attached to the invoice, so I’m not sure if they even performed one. Car wasn’t vacuumed or washed. The self serve expresso machine was a nice complimentary, but snacks weren’t not available. More

Arriving at the dealership, we are immediately created by one of the sales people although I did not know that is what her role was. She was involved placing a temporary tag on a vehicle.She was immediately one of the sales people although I did not know that is what her role was. Mary was my electronics guru who helped me set up the vehicle prior to departure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai . They were friendly but took forever with literally everything. It seemed less like they were busy and more like they were trying to fatigue me out. I also have a check tire light on that they told me was because of the cold, However, the tires are at normal pressure now and the check tire light remains on. You really have to cross your T’s and dot your i’s because they won’t hesitate to sell you something that needs work. More
