The dealer was late and messed up the contract. No one in the store could explain the rental agreement including the dealer and the finance manager. It would have been much better experience with emails and on my own computer at home instead of on a phone at the dealer. More

Much better now that service is in their new home. I have not had many positive experiences before this one. Always I had had extended wait periods.
