I scheduled appointment for routine maintenance for tire rotation as indicated by the car system. That part was done without issues. However when I brought the car in to the appointment I also indicated I w rotation as indicated by the car system. That part was done without issues. However when I brought the car in to the appointment I also indicated I was having steering wheel vibration issues and all the service advisor said he could do is charge me $90 for balancing and it “might fix the issue”. $90 later I got the car back and I’m still having vibration issues (although better than at first), so clearly no effort was put into checking whether the issue was resolved before returning the car to me. The dealership is friendly and courteous and has good follow up. Still some construction going on, but I feel it will be nice once completed. Took almost 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. ..process was VERY inefficient as the vehicle wasn't ready once I completed with financing. Salesmen (including manager) didn't know all accessories i ..process was VERY inefficient as the vehicle wasn't ready once I completed with financing. Salesmen (including manager) didn't know all accessories included. Had to come back the following day to get vehicle cleaned, crossbars/all weather mats/front license plate bracket installed. Overall I am happy with the vehicle, but disappointed with the purchasing process. More
