You guys sell lemons that are unsafe to drive, you rush people into financing and are incredibly dishonest. I bought a car, made it to the interstate and then had to have it towed home. I took my vehicle in on January 6 for warning lights that were on my dashboard. My car was promptly taken in and then 45 minutes later was parked on the side of the service center where it’s sat for over 30 were on my dashboard. My car was promptly taken in and then 45 minutes later was parked on the side of the service center where it’s sat for over 30 more minutes and no one came to tell me anything. I walked over to the desk. The gentleman behind said that my service advisor went out to lunch and he would look for my paperwork. The paperwork and my keys were on the desk and I’m sure they were there for the 30 minutes that my car was parked on the side, you have three service advisors behind that desk, all walking past it like it doesn’t exist with no urgency, because rather than look at the paper with the keys on it and call me as I waited in the waiting area the whole time, no, let’s just wait for service advisor. who’s out to lunch to get back and keep me waiting. and the gentleman took a look at it and said that my service advisor would get back to me with what was wrong And causing the service lights to come on my dashboard. I read the paper that I signed and was told I should expect a phone call by next week for a part to come in so my vehicle can be serviced again. I asked if my vehicle is safe to drive While I wait for this part and wait for the phone call follow up and the gentleman behind the counter seemed a little bit confused, looked at something on screen and said and I quote, “ Yeah, it should be all right. I don’t think there should be a problem with you driving”. I understand that they just moved into a new building, I understand if things can be a little hectic at first, but the sense of urgency and the communication is almost nonexistent. You walk in the place and automatically you’re stared at like you’re a burden, everyone there looks tired and frustrated and when someone is available to help, they look you up and say “oh your service advisor will be with you” as if that person can’t help you themselves. Very frustrating going here hopefully the mood and attitude in that place changes & the communication level improves. I still have not received a phone call from my service advisor as to what exactly is going on with my vehicle, I am driving it with caution, and hopefully I’ll get a call next week with a follow up letting me know if the part has arrived or where I stand with the vehicle and the warning lights More
