Go somewhere else to buy a car because if you go there you better read every word in the paper work i don’t think everyone reads everything it would take all day to read it i told them that and said that everyone reads the paperwork they lied with a straight face. The worst customer service I’ve seen and i purchased a lot of vehicles and never had any issues anywhere else. I was charged for 3 warranties i was charged for that i wasn’t told about. The salesman told me that i would get 2 free windshields a year lied about that i was charged 1,300 bucks an extra 3 years warranty wasn’t asked if i wanted it and a anti theft policy wasn’t told or asked if i wanted any of the warranties almost $4,000 bucks. So if you go there to buy a car think twice there are better dealerships. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Our GM was able to sit with you today on 12/29/2023 and believes all of these issues were discussed with you and clarified. The dealership does not engage in bait and switch practices and all cars are available for sale or becoming loaners up until the time another customer purchases it or they are made available as a service loaner for another guest, which is what happened with the particular car you had inquired about. In terms of upselling, we always aim to place our customers in the lowest cost car during their search. We do not compensate our sales associates differently based on you purchasing a more expensive car that you original desired. Also, we are glad that we were able to diagnose the issue with your car bringing several warning lights on and we have the part on order and being replaced under America’s Best Warranty!
