This latter item is the main reason I did not score all 5s for my experience as it ended up taking over 2 weeks to get to my service appointment completed, but once this was accomplished, no other issues have emerged. I had a great experience leasing my new Sonata over the weekend. Ben greeted us as we arrived and showed several of the Sonatas before taking us out. Ben was excellent through the negotiation process, working with us rather than any high pressure tactics. He really took the time to get a deal that worked for us and while we were waiting for financing, took care of all the "perks" like BlueLink and scheduling the first oil change. Aside from excellent customer service from Ben and Scott in finance, the car is outstanding. Fun to drive, responsive, quality materials, good looking.
