My husband recently had his 2017 Sonata serviced here. The dealership had us drop off the vehicle on Saturday, January 9th. His service advisor, Kevin stated that the car would be looked at on Monday o The dealership had us drop off the vehicle on Saturday, January 9th. His service advisor, Kevin stated that the car would be looked at on Monday or Tuesday and if it was going to take more than a couple days they would provide a loaner. My husband checked in with Kevin that Wednesday, January 13th. Kevin at that time through text message stated that the car had been driven but “they could not find out the problem”. So we once again waited several days and my husband reached back out. This time he spoke to Chuck on Friday, January 15th. Chuck stated that the car had not even been looked at yet and that no loaner would be provided as “they only have one.” It had sat at their service department nearly a week and not even looked at! To add insult to injury Kevin had blatantly lied to us about it stating it had. Chuck promised the car would be looked at the following Monday. Monday, January 18th came and went without a call. Finally, my husband called them again on Tuesday, January 19th. They told him the problem with the car, quoted him $220 to repair it and said they would let him know when it was ready to be picked up. Finally, today January 23rd the car was ready. My husband went in to pick it up and was shocked to receive a bill of over $500. The $220 they quoted was only labor alone, they obviously did not feel it necessary to accurately and honestly quote the repair cost. If that wasn’t bad enough they had also performed maintenance that was never authorized. At least they showed some basic decency and removed the cost of this. In short, if you want your car to sit in storage at their service department, you want to be lied to about the status of your vehicle, you want to be lied to about the cost of your service, and you want them to do unauthorized maintenance then this is the place for you. However, as none of those things appeal to me as a consumer my husband and I will be making the commute up to Arapahoe Hyundai for all future service needs. More
On 14 Nov 2020 my wife and I came to test drive a vehicle she was interested in. As she was intending to use inheritance money that we had not yet received we did not plan on buying a car that day. After the test drive we let our salesperson know that we liked the car and would come back once we had the money to purchase a vehicle. Oscar approached us to try to close the sale letting us know that we could finance the car, paying no interest for three months. As we knew the money was on the way and we were assured this would not cost us any extra we decided to accept this and move forward with the purchase. During the course of completing the paperwork Oscar told us multiple times this would not cost us a penny extra. Once we received the inheritance money and went to the bank to payoff the loan we were surprised to see about $130 in interest charges in the few weeks since we had purchased the vehicle. Since this was the opposite of what we were told we were very upset as it seemed we had been lied to. We contacted Oscar who immediately apologized and stated that he would send a check for the amount of interest. That was on 12 Dec 2020. As of today (1/19/2021) we have contacted Oscar and managers at Phil Long 5-6 times. Oscar does not answer our calls or return our messages. Managers promise to send a check or state that it is in the mail however nothing has been received. This clearly shows us that Phil Long does not care about the customer once a sale has been made and will use deceitful tactics to make a sale. More
When we first go to the dealership Nadine met us first. She found the Truck we saw online and had it brought to us. She was amazing and so welcoming and sweet. The salesman was with another customer so she got us started and on our test drive. When we got back she introduced us to Bobby. Bobby is from Romania, him and my husband bonded over international travel and he was so freaking nice!!! We talked about my cars trade in value and Bobby brought Scott over who was equally as awesome as Bobby and Nadine. We were three for three on awesome sales people who were genuine and fun, and pleasant people. I’ve dealt with many dealerships, usually xxxxxxx, not here. This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered in my life. We drove 70 miles from north east Denver to Colorado Springs to see a specific truck, and we were met with people I wanted to go out for a drink with after. If you are looking for. New or used vehicle, ask for the three musketeers, Nadine, Bobby and Scott. I’m not even lying, best service I’ve ever had looking and buying a vehicle. More
I had a great experience at this dealership. My husband and I went in on Labor Day morning and after test driving three cars, deciding on one, and going through financing, we were out in under 4 hours. I went in 100% set on which car I was going to buy that day, but after test driving it, I was disappointed and thought I'd leave without buying for the day. Kelbe turned the appointment around, found a car I was super excited about and just made the process so painless. Everyone else we chatted with was super friendly and professional. The dealership itself was clean, well maintained, and a fine place to hang out for the duration of the morning. Would 10/10 go back! More

Great Customer Service Michelle, and Rich were awesome to deal with as well as the rest of the staff. Michelle was in communication with me from the beginning. She answered my questions and then had Rich do a video of the truck. We drove a long way to look at a Dodge Ram 1500. We received a text at 8 am telling us the truck was up front and ready for us to look at. If you are looking for a dealer I would recommend them. Very professional no haggle experience. More

First off, I want to start with this.. this is the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Everyone from Sales, the Sales Manager, to Finance, all the way to the GM are fantastic. I worked with Kelbe, CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Everyone from Sales, the Sales Manager, to Finance, all the way to the GM are fantastic. I worked with Kelbe, who was super kind and funny, he made sure my needs were met and focused on us getting the car I wanted. if you need a car, see him above anyone else, HES FANTASTIC! However, not only him but Chris another sales representative was kind and spoke to us when Kelbe was away, as well as went out of his way to go speak with the manager of the other lot, that had the car I wanted. They didn’t want to give it to us but in the end Chris was able to get it. Todd the Sales Manager is super funny and helpful and was adamant that we were enjoying ourselves while buying the car. Scott was our Finance guy and, yet again, we were wowed by our experience. It was late at night by the time we got into financing and he didn’t rush us. He joked with us and made sure we were VERY well informed about the financial decisions we were making. Finally, the GM Jeff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of us! He did everything in his power and more to help us out. I have never had a GM so involved, or even really involved at all, let alone one that cares about his customers so much! Anyone who is looking to buy a car, new or used, go see this team of amazing people! They will really make the process comfortable and easy, you will never feel like your being taken advantage of or tricked. They are kind, honest, all around fun and fantastic people to work with!
