Ben demonstrated outstanding customer service by first coordinating to leave the vehicles at the dealership until Christmas Eve, and then volunteering to drive one of the vehicles to our home, so we wouldn't have to make two trips to get the vehicles positioned for Christmas Day. On Christmas Day, our sons were not only surprised, but to date, have been extremely satisfied with the two Hyundai Tucsons. When I purchased a Hyundai Sona Phil Long Hyundai is a completely satisfactory Hyundai dealership that is not prepared to sell a premium Genesis car. When I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Phil Long, I was satisfied with my experience. G80 buyers expect a more premium experience. I shouldn't be referred to as 'buddy' by the finance manager when buying a premium car. Finance manager commented he didn't understand leases and couldn't answer questions regarding taxing cap reduction. On a positive note, Travis DiGiovanni was very professional and showed excellent G80 product knowledge. More
