When I visited Phil Long Hyundai, James Fowler greeted me and began answering questions that I had. I was very limited on time that particular day, but I went back in several days later. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and we went for a test drive in a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with bluetooth, navigation, and ipod controls, which were the things I was looking for. The car I drove was a demo model and I was hoping to purchase the car for less than a new 2013 model. I told them how much I was able to afford, and after some negotiating, we didn't come to an agreement the first day. James called me back that evening and Larry Lucero called me back the next day to ask me to bring my husband in to drive the car and they believed they could get me the deal I wanted after giving me more on the trade for my other vehicle. We were able to come to an agreement on the price and we left Saturday evening with the Sonata I really wanted. Everyone was very friendly including Richi Carni in the finance department who was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone involved in our car purchase. Love the new car! More

Buying a new car can be a very nerve racking experience, but everyone there were so patient and kind to me! I really appreciate them! Ken Patton spent a lot of time with me that first day. I didn't find out till later that her was the owner of the dealership! I was very impressed that he spent all that time with me. Jessica, Mikey and Larry were great about explaining the details of the car! When it came time for the paper work and to sign on the dotted lines, Richi made it relaxing and I must say.... FUN! I am so very happy! My husband purchased a Hyundai several years back and has used your Service Department for oil changes and various fix-ups. The excellent service he has received there over the years played a big part in me wanting a Hyundai for myself. Robert referred us to Mikey Chapman and we couldn't been more pleased. Mikey was great and worked with Richi Carni. We left feeling like royalty and that we were really taken care of. Everyone was so wonderful! We joke that we are now a Hyundai family. My father-in-law has a Santa Fe and a Sonota and we have the Entourage and now a Tucson. My father-in-law also uses the Service Department for both cars. I can easily recommend Hyundai to anyone. I see more Hyundai's in our future. More

We went in to purchase a new vehicle and the sales person was the rudest person. She basically told us she didn't have to give us a deal because the cars sold without them. Based on her attitude and and lack of customer service skills we drove to Denver to another Hyundai dealership and actually saved money AND got excellent customer service. I will NEVER use the Phil Long dealership group for any car purchases and tell all my family and friends about my experience. More
Let's start with Kenn Patton. He's the right man for the job. He has integrity and stands by his word. Kenn has great people skills with customers and employees. During the course of my purchase I dealt with Andy, Mikey, Betty and of course Richi...how do you get out of the building without speaking to Richi...Smile! Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable, a great all-star team! I always receive first class service here (at other dealerships I've had to wait in coach). This is my 4th Hyundai and each one keeps getting better! I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a great car at the right price. I am positive my son James would love to work here. He loves cars (knows most makes and models on the road today), and has done some detailing. This would be a great environment for him to work in.
