They gave us the best price right away and we didn't spend hours with the back and forth with the salesman and general manager. No games here. Our salesman actually talked us into buying a lower priced model of the Santa Fe than we thought we needed. He explained all the bells and whistles and then actually called a few days later to see if we had questions. When he learned we were a little confused on a couple of the options he invited me back to the dealership and spent another hour with me going over more of the electronics in the vehicle. That is unheard of in this day and age. Kudos to Phil Long Hyundai. Excellent, Excellent is our rating. We will definitely purchase another vehicle from them!!! More

no communication or follow up skills. I purchased the 2015 Sonata sport. It is a nice vehicle. Sales person was nice. After the sale was when everything went down hill. The car had a deep scrape on the back bumper left side. They said no problem to fix..The reapair guy comes in for a couple hrs on Fridays. I droped it off two weeks after purchase and they never called me back. Sat I called and no one knew what I was talking about. Monday I get a message that said theres a note to xall me, but they had no idea why the are calling me so call back. I told my husband I will not call them if they dont know why they are supposed to call me snd see how long they leave my car there collecting dust. So they did not call me. My husband finally drives me in, since he was driving me to work for four days , and they said they did see my car but it was not done correctly. Surprise. So they keep it another day. It looks better but the paint is off and you can tell. I am not taking it back. On 3rd week after my purchase I get acall from the finance company on my trade in. They said I am pastt due and I had to make a payment and late fee. They had not heard from Hyundai for a pay off or a title request. Of course it was Sat and I again had to leave messages. Finally Tuesday afternoon when again they did no call me back, I had to take my lunch time at work to call them again. Later they called and said they had taken care of it Monday. So after they got my message when they came in on Monday, they went in to the CU to take care of it , but still did not call me to let me know it had been done. Those are only a couple of the situations. But mostly due to the fact that they have absolutely no follow up or communication skills More
Waste of time I used their web site to find the Elantra I was looking for back in April. I then called and spoke to Lisa who was going back and forth between the manager and myself trying to make a deal. I asked them to match a deal I was able to get in Arapahoe, CO. After a few days of going back and forth , Lisa said they could do my price OTD. I drove 40miles into town to purchase the car. When I got there they started negotiating again! I told them I can buy the car from them at my price or go North. The manager then started insulting my intelligence, and saying the dealer in Arapahoe can only give my those prices in certain Zip codes, he said They would charge me 8% tax, and that they would make me buy $1000 in accessories. He lied! I left and purchased my Elantra from the dealer up north at the price we negotiated over the phone! More
Beware They do not honor their own posted internet prices-don't expect to actually get that deal when you get there- they will have a million excuses why "yo They do not honor their own posted internet prices-don't expect to actually get that deal when you get there- they will have a million excuses why "you" don't qualify for it, such as its for military only, though the ad doesn't say that, and how you can't combine discounts and get posted low finance rates etc. They try to re-add in dealer fees when ad says price includes. Its just another scam from a dishonest dealership. They are crooks waiting to rip you off. They don't apparently care about customer service or making a sale or repeat business. The male sales manager we dealt with inside was greedy, rude and disrespectful. We walked, and I'm glad we did as we found a much better deal elsewhere and were treated with respect there. This dealership doesn't deserve one penny. Go elsewhere! Don't waste your time and money here. More
AVOID AT ALL COSTS worst dealership I've ever dealt with by far l. Friendly but seem to "forget" everything. They're so disrespectful and full of themselves.
