After searching hard for the vehicle we thought would best meet our needs and desires, we were pleased to be greeted by an understanding and enthusiastic salesman and staff. After deliberating between it and 2 other brands, we decided to pursue the Hyundai. I very much wanted a hybrid, and this dealership fortunately had a few on order. We plunged in and put down a deposit. Joey, our sales associate, was very personable, and always pleasant and professional. He made the waiting process smooth by keeping us up-to-date with the ETA of our car, and was always prompt with all correspondence. On the day of pick-up, we needed a quick turn-around time as we needed to return home for a family memorial. Joey greeted us upon arrival and had everything ready to make owning our new car effortless. The financial officer, and the receptionist, Nadine, were also extremely pleasant. What a blessing this staff added to make this large, important purchase a joyful occasion. Thank you so much! More
First, I will say I wasn't pleased about the markup - but they were up front about it when I spoke with Nadine and she let me know there were used cars available as well without that. But considering the price of used (my car that was totalled had a value of $15.5K + to replace with comparable anywhere was min $22K ) I opted for new. Today, Charles Battaglia drove 100+ miles to come pick us up so we could test drive?!! He was incredibly helpful, explained the additional protections I selected (and almost had to use on the way home because of a MONSTER pothole!) and was a pleasure to work with! I found the perfect Kona - had an awesome experience - and they even setup financing that added an extra year full warranty and a great rate. When I'm ready for my next Hyundai (or maybe even Genesis) - I will be back! And I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! THANK YOU!! More

Nadine reached out to me about trying to earn my business. I was very honest and said a $7500 market adjustment was not something I was interested in paying, but she did follow up and said she may b business. I was very honest and said a $7500 market adjustment was not something I was interested in paying, but she did follow up and said she may be able to work something out. She introduced me to Kelbe who was supposed to help me buy a hybrid Santa Fe. He started with the typical video of the car, and I got him all the info he needed within 10 minutes of him asking. From there, Nadine and Kelbe pretty much went radio silent. They said they were waiting on a payoff quote, but I got one within 20 minutes at another Hyundai dealer just last weekend. I even tried calling Kelbe and he forwarded me straight to voicemail and never called me back. Even after I called the dealership directly. I know the industry is crazy right now, but the value of a customer has not changed. This dealership has lost sight of that as the greed in the auto industry increases during the chip shortage. Steer clear. There are better dealers in Denver who will be more responsive and not charge the market adjustment. More
