Not only did everyone involved make things happen in a timely fashion, each individual was incredibly pleasant to work with! I don't plan on replacing my new purchase anytime soon, but I will definitely return to this dealership when I do!! More

Overall, it was a good buy. 2 years newer, extremely low miles, and only $3,000 more than my 2014 Tucson AWD. Very little cost difference considering I got upgrades my 2014 didn't have. More

No pressure, no hype kind of guy, but rather one of the more professional and polished individuals (note I didn't say salesmen, as although his card calls him that, he comes across more as a friend just trying to help you through the process. Yes, we purchased #5, but it was a very pleasing and satisfying experience, and I would recommend Dave to anyone who 'might' be in the market. He knows his stuff, and will always be there to help you through the process!! More

I was somewhat nervous going in to the dealership, and not only that but I was extremely pressed for time, which made me slightly on edge. However, my first encounter with anyone at Phil Long Hyundai was with Nadine, the Internet Manager, and she had the car I was interested in sitting there waiting for me at the front when I got there! I was then turned over to my sales rep Jessica Lamb who was so knowledgeable and helpful that I was completely put at ease and knew I made a great decision going with Hyundai once again, and especially in choosing Phil Long of Chapel Hills. Before making final decision I as able to talk to service department and inquire about some posts I have read on forums and get answers to my questions on the spot pertaining to the vehicle I was interested in.
