After having my vehicle for awhile, I would like to amend my original statement. I was kept out of the loop about the problem with my finance company. The only reason I found out about it was that my temporary tags were expiring, and it was time to start making payments; but without an address to send money to. When my second set of temporary tags were expiring, the salesmen on the floor flat out LIED TO MY FACE about where my paperwork for the DMV was. They accused me of not going to the dmv on my own (which I did...twice). When I went to the dmv for the third time, the clerk said title number STILL had not been sent by Phil Long, called the dealership directly, and found out that Phil Long had NOT sent the paperwork like they told me, but would be sent that day by a courier. When I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, they didn't start on my car for over an hour. They had no fresh coffee made, and only one cup with a hair in it for customer consumption. They didn't tell me that things were backed up and would take longer than usual until I asked them the status of my car. I am so fed up with the way Phil Long has treated me from the day after I bought my car. As if I don't matter as a customer now that I am committed to the car. I'm really disappointed with Phil Long, I won't be shopping here ever again. Kay
