For their Genesis vehicles, they won't deal with you unless you agree to pay $10,000 above msrp. In fact, they will just ignore you! I have texts to back this up. Let's face it, it doesn't matter how much I want for my vehicle, they are going to offer what they will. They didn't even do that for me. They want to get you coming and going! I asked my salesman what their offer was on my trade, and he said he'd get back to me. That was on Thursday. Here it is Monday night, and they never did. I buy two vehicles a year on average, and I find these guys to be one of the worst I've dealt with in the last year or two. If you're looking for a Hyundai or Genesis, I highly recommend you drive North to Denver for your purchase.
