When I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Phil Long, I was satisfied with my experience. G80 buyers expect a more premium experience. I shouldn't be referred to as 'buddy' by the finance manager when buying a premium car. Finance manager commented he didn't understand leases and couldn't answer questions regarding taxing cap reduction. On a positive note, Travis DiGiovanni was very professional and showed excellent G80 product knowledge. More

Airbag Issue My airbag light came on and remained on. I brought my Sonata in and waited while the service team took a look at it. He realized that they would need to keep the car a full day, which I wasn't able to leave my car for a full day. Marty also told me that the warranty may not cover the service and I should speak to my insurance, since this could be part of the hail damage repair. I never would have thought about calling them. I'm now ready to schedule another appointment to get the airbag light issue resolved. More
