Then, they tried the "can't guarantee this price past today" pressure, but lowered it a week later. Then they quoted one price on the trade in because they "liked the car", but lowered it the next week. They were unwilling to meet Denver prices, even with clear and comparable research...until we walked away. I liked the car a lot. The last offer was probably fair, but in the end, I couldn't reconcile the excitement of a new car with the tactics. More

She immediately brought in Ben who listened to what I was looking for and took me right to my new vehicle.
