A Mess Went to the dealership originally to get an oil change on my Hyundai on April 1st 2017. Had received a phone call from the dealership earlier in the w Went to the dealership originally to get an oil change on my Hyundai on April 1st 2017. Had received a phone call from the dealership earlier in the week about trading in my car. I thought I would entertain the idea and see what was available. I ended up trading in my car for a 2013 Scion FRS. Love the car but was first mislead when I asked if it was a front wheel drive. I was told it was. Come to find out when it snowed on Tuesday April 4th the car was actually wheel rear drive. I liked the car so I did not complain. But then a car payment was taken out for my old car the following month. Turns out the sales man never completed the paper work for the pay off of my old car. The issue was resolved and the money was returned to me a week later. The last straw came when my temporary plates were coming close to being due and I had not heard anything. Turns out someone again did not do there job and the title of the car was not submitted. Buying a car from here has been nothing but frustrating and annoying. Would NOT recommend anyone to come here to buy a car. More

Accomodating and low pressure Needed to replace our much older Hyundai Elantra because it was just worn out and maintenance cost were getting to be too high. Looked for a newer Hyu Needed to replace our much older Hyundai Elantra because it was just worn out and maintenance cost were getting to be too high. Looked for a newer Hyundai with a preference for a Sonata. There were several options in used cars both on the lot and in town at another Phil Long dealership. No pressure. Drive and decide with options in mileage, age of vehicle and price. Ultimately we decide on a 2014 Hyundai Sonata to best meet our needs even though it was somewhat more than we hoped to spend. More
