If you want to repeat yourself till your blue in the face If it’s one thing I hate, it’s repeating myself multiple times. Called to make service appointment, explained myself and coupon book we already had, h If it’s one thing I hate, it’s repeating myself multiple times. Called to make service appointment, explained myself and coupon book we already had, husband drops off car and explains whats wrong, service guy mike is too busy trying to sell service coupon book we don’t need to pay attention to what he’s saying. Mike calls 2-3 more times asking what’s wrong with vehicle. Husband goes to pick up vehicle with the coupon book we already have and some how ends up purchasing a new one we didn’t need and or want, because mike wouldn’t take the coupon we already had. I explained to him on phone we did not need a new coupon book prior to us settling Bill. We get vehicle home, bolts are missing and timing belt cover is not secured. They have lost our business for life. I will make it my life’s duty to make sure everyone knows the dishonest and lazy business practices they employ. More

Smoke and Mirrors Do not go to Phil Long Ford to purchase an automobile. We were quoted a purchase price of $22,000, but the paperwork showed a Vehicle Purchase Price o Do not go to Phil Long Ford to purchase an automobile. We were quoted a purchase price of $22,000, but the paperwork showed a Vehicle Purchase Price of close to $24,500. Apparently, they include three service agreements that do "something" to the vehicle before you even show up at the dealership. When the salesman gives you a quote it does not include the built in Service Products fee that they're considering as part of the vehicle quote amount total. Smoke and mirrors. Here's the letter I sent to the dealership: "We've been told that the Secure Products agreements were in place before we even bought the car so are considered part of the purchase price. So when you verbally gave us a purchase price amount of $22,000, that was misleading to the point of untruthful.. We won't be returning to your dealership again and will be encouraging others not to do so either by way of personal contact and website reviews. Sorry we came in good faith to give you our business and got ripped off. Please in the future try to be more transparent with your customers. Thank you." More

Wish I could give -5 Stars I am the original owner of a 2014 Ford Focus with 49,715 miles on it. I am on my 5th clutch, current clutch is about 2 months old. My transmission has I am the original owner of a 2014 Ford Focus with 49,715 miles on it. I am on my 5th clutch, current clutch is about 2 months old. My transmission has been “reprogrammed” 3 times now. It’s not uncommon to push the gas and go no where, then lurch forward. This is super fun while trying to turn into traffic. Most recently I put the car in drive and it does nothing. Ford is well aware of all these issues, and has no fix for them. In the meantime, my car is worthless to everyone except my lien holder. Do you think Ford would step up and do the right thing for their consumers? Nope. Delays and stalls in the class & mass action lawsuits. Do you think Phil Long Ford, who sold me the vehicle and represents the Ford brand would help? Nope. All they try to do to roll my negative equity into another overpriced car and give me an even higher car payment. I’m not greedy. I’m not trying to make money off the gazillionaires screwing over their customers. I just want out of the car. I want to have a vehicle that goes when it’s supposed to and doesn’t endanger my life. But NOPE. I will spend the rest of my life shouting from the rooftops to anyone who listens to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PHIL LONG FORD. Now I get to continue to pray that when I do get hit in traffic, because it’s inevitable, that no one gets hurt or killed, or I win the lotto so I can get rid of this piece of xxxx. I’ve left multiple messages for managers, they won’t even call me back. More

They didn’t for one second think about ripping us off. I will tell every single person I know to go here and deal with them. I promise you, this is the best dealership ever. I can’t remember the names of the finance and managers but they were also very incredible. More
