The finance guy (Willie) made sure to get as much added on as possible (despite the extended warranty not being enough to cover our annual mileage), and the quote received for trade-in on kelly blue book that morning did not match the quote given in store, with no explanation as to why. I've also never heard of a dealership where you can drive the car out of lot/sign for a loan without yet knowing if you are officially approved or not. Also had to call 2 weeks later to find out if we were or not. Note: This is not 1 star because of how amazing the sales rep was. More

I ended up getting to talk to both of them and let me say, if you want to be listened to and get a stellar car that has everything you want and more, these two gentlemen are the men to talk to. Phenomenal experience all around and never once did I feel talked down to or belittled. I'm a woman and I've had experiences where dealers would rather talk to my husband than me. Not so with these two. They listened to me, found me exactly what I was looking for (and then some. I LOVE my new truck!), and even worked with us on our trade in! Fantastic experience and I'm super happy with my truck! So glad I came in and so glad these two were there to help me. Thank you Albert and Marques! I also want to add that every single person we met at this dealership was a delight. I have three children, so there were a few melt downs while we were there, and everyone was helpful and so sweet. An impressively patient and kind gentleman who was truly listening and advocating for me as a customer. I'm a very picky guy and likely spoke with 50+ sales contacts across Denver and Brandon is a diamond in the rough! Overall terms, finance and service were very good and there was minimal unnecessary pressure for additional services when closing the final purchase. We bought our first new vehicle here in 2001 and were very impressed with it again in 2022. Also note the overall selection on the lot for those that can't wait, even in a tight market, was better than anywhere else in a 100 mile radius of Denver. More
