I called and talked to Troy Hines told him I saw a ad for the fird escape. Told him I would be out in a couple of hours said he would have for me.when I got there called him and he meet me there. I am very impressed with Phil Long Denver Ford dealer with the recent purchase of my new car. Most of my negotiations with the salesperson Adam Luera were on email, but on the phone as well. He and his manager Rob Reddish were very professional, knowledgeable, hard working and certainly not overwhelming in just trying to make a big sale. In the past I have always had that "dishonest" feel to car sales from a dealer salesperson, but I must say that this is not the case here. I would highly recommend working with Adam and his team. I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid from Jennifer Spiegel. Let me just say first and foremost: if you are shopping for a car from Phil Long, just save yourself time and ask for her up front. I'm sure there are many great sales people on the PL team, but my experience with Jennifer was nothing short of fantastic. Not only did she make the entire process bearable (and if you've ever shopped for a new car, you know a visit to the dentist is typically more fun), but she went above and beyond by delivering the car to me personally because the car I wanted wasn't at the dealership, and I'd have had to wait around for a few hours for it to get there. She even stuck around in the cold to make sure I knew how to use all the advanced features of the car. As for long term after-sales support, we'll see. I've had the car for less than 2 days, so take that into consideration. If I remember, I'll come back in about 6 months or so and document my after-sales experiences. Also want to say that I went through the Costco auto purchasing program, and folks, it's for real, and you're going to save real money. Even if you're not a Costco member, the money you'll save is well worth an executive Costco membership. More

Rob show me the different options available to me - used, new, lease. He compared the different models and was concerned about what was important to me. He went through the different financing options and the service that would be available to me after the purchase. There was no pressure for me to make a decision before I had all the facts and was comfortable with my decision. I was treated with respect and kindness. I am so pleased with my car and decision I made. I will tell all my friends to go to Phil Long's because they have "old fashion" customer service and care about what you want and what you need.
