Soon after, he contacted me saying he had found the exact vehicle I was looking for on another dealer's lot, and asked me to come in to finish the paper work. I assumed that because very few were left, and he knew that I was interested in a fairly particular model and options, that the price would be high or difficult to negotiate. I was wrong. Not only had he located the truck I wanted, he had worked out an excellent price that beat all the competition I had already been working with. He gave me a no-pressure, no-nonsense deal, treated me very kindly and I came away happy. I got the truck I wanted, at the price I wanted in a polite and efficient manner. I believe that I received a fair deal but more importantly I was treated with respect and Bill worked hard to make sure that all of my concerns and needs were met.
