Cheryl not only gave me the best offer, but after hearing my fussy 20 month old over the phone, she offered to bring the car to my home and complete the transaction here. I never had to step foot in a dealership! After a 20 minute test drive, thanks to Cheryl having all the paperwork ready to go, the entire transaction took all of 5 minutes sitting at my kitchen table. This is simply an unheard of level of customer service in a business where customer service is generally quite poor to say the least. It would be impossible to have any better car buying experience.
