Warranty Cancellation Purchased a 2012 F150 in the end of February this year, they sold me a $2,795 warranty that I never used. Traded vehicle this weekend for a 2015 Yukon Denali, they REFUSED to issue any refund on this warranty, which ALL other dealerships would have refunded. I filing a complaint with the BBB and NADA. The finance person, Patrick Cronkhite, made the loan process relaxing and thorough. Jennifer then took the time to go over how to set and use all the "bells and whistles" on the car with us. I had recently moved to Denver from Chicago and living in downtown Chicago , I had no vehicle because I did not need one for the last 6 years. I was not sure what to do when I realized that living in the Denver area a car was needed. They really looked at me situation and helped me into a vehicle , not just any vehicle a vehicle that I actually wanted. I should also mention that my credit score had dropped to an extreme low and I was not even sure I could get any type of financing but they made it happen with special programs Ford has. I highly recommend Christopher and his team of experts. I have my business for life !! More

new ford edge we had been looking for a 2014 edge limited for over a month - I had talked with Justin at phil long ford and he told me he would start looking for on we had been looking for a 2014 edge limited for over a month - I had talked with Justin at phil long ford and he told me he would start looking for one for us - well we got a call from Justin's web sales partner Bill about a 2014 edge SEL that had just arrived in an associate dealer in Colorado springs - it was not a limited but had every option a SEL could have and was in the color we wanted - they drove the car up from the springs the next day - we went to see it and bought it right away as this car had only 5000 miles on it and looked and drove like new - these two salesmen went above and beyond what I expected - we love the car and would recommend talking to them, especially if you're looking for something that might be hard to find locally - great guys More
Didn't want to fix my Santa fe I buy a 2010 Santa fe in Dec and the next month I took it to them because something was wrong with it shifting hard they Said they put it on the machi I buy a 2010 Santa fe in Dec and the next month I took it to them because something was wrong with it shifting hard they Said they put it on the machine to check it and told me that there wasn't anything wrong with. They told me to take it to the Hyundai dealer because they couldn't help me. Monday I took it to Auto Nation Hyundai and they put it on the same diagnosiis machine and in 2 hours they found the problem it was the rear differential is leaking and broke. It's going to cost $1500 to fix it. I will Never tell anybody to shop at Phil LongLong. They know some thing was wrong when they sold me the car More
