I did quite a bit of shopping around online and conversed through email/phone with a handful of dealers that had Fiestas with the features they were looking for. Jason with Phil Long responded quickly with a price that beat all of the rest. So, there was virtually no annoying haggling. He was NEVER pushy and very helpful answering my questions. Even after my grandparents had decided to purchase the car and agreed on the price, Jason called me back and said that he found one more rebate that grandpa would qualify for. Incredible customer service! After they made the 3 hour trip to purchase the car, Terrie also gave them top notch service. She made the process sooo efficient and had them in and out of there as quickly as possible. I know my entire family will reach out to Phil Long first the next time any of us are in the market for a new or used car. It's no wonder Phil Long is number 1 in the state of Colorado. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford line of cars and gave us lots of information as to the ins and outs of the models we were looking at. We test drove several models of the Edge and Nameer encouraged us to try different versions of the car until we found the exact one that met our needs. By the time we sat down to talk price, we were secure in what we were buying and excited about our purchase. While Nameer was working out the paper work he bought us lunch at the dealership's cafe where we could talk privately about our impending purchase. We were treated the whole time with great respect and courtesy. We would totally recommend Phjil Long Ford. More
