The truck that I use for work had just broke down and I needed one fast. I remembered that when I went to the auto show in Denver this year I went to the Ford stand, and went online. Ford said that the best dealer in Denver was Phil Long, and I was skeptical mostly due to the past experiences I've had with dealerships, namely Omeara on 104th, which I bought a car from just this past october and they raised the price 4k without telling me and even though I took all the papers to the managers they just ignored us and even made fun of me and my wife and the salesman didn't even return one single phone call (about 20), they lied about coverage, etc. Very dishonest guys at omeara if you ask me. Thieves. Anyways,after I sent an email to Phil Long they constantly kept in touch with me, which some people can find annoying, but in my case I saw it as a sign of wanting my business. So after my truck broke down I was on my way to Mike Naughton Ford, but I remembered how these guys kept in touch with me, so I decided to give them a shot, and boy, what great decision that turned out to be. Since I called to inform then that I was on my way they treated me like if a king was coming to see them. When I got there I was put in touch immediately with a salesman called Chai Rodrakkwan, and he was world class in every single detail. I mean, the whole experience was actually enjoyable and that tells you something about dealerships. Not only they gave me a great truck but a great deal and great terms. everything to work in my favor. Isn't that something coming from a car dealership? I'm really appreciative that there's a car dealer out there that truly cares about customers because these guys at Phil Long really know how to treat people. In short, consider me a customer for life. More

Great Experience This was the 2nd car we bought here in 2 years. They are a great! Dealer was awesome to work with. He took time to show us as many cars as we wanted.
