Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and requested a loaner since I live 30 miles a I had to make a head gasket recall service visit on my focus rs. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and requested a loaner since I live 30 miles away and repair will probably take few days. Well I showed up to my scheduled appointment this morning and was that they don't have any loaners. What a joke of the company. Dealing with hundreds of sales monthly and have no loaners for customers that scheduled one. I will take my business ( I guess this one is Fords business) elsewhere More
