Unfortunately the day I had set aside to look at new cars was Jim’s day off so he set me up with Brad White. Brad was kind enough to find several different vehicles for me to test drive. He took the time to explain the features in each car which helped with my decision.I chose a 2019 Fiesta and I love it!! John Reis negotiated a great price and I came in the next day to pick up my car. Jim Albrecht handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently and made the buying process easy, he even helped me set up the FordPass app and connect my phone to my car ( I think that was above and beyond his duty as a salesman ). Anthony Williams helped with the final financial paperwork and made it quick and pain free. I thank all the nice people at Phil Long Ford down to the janitors ( the facility was spotless ) I will buy all my cars at Phil Long and will recommend Phil Long to all friends, family and clients More

He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He even bought us lunch! If I could give him 6 stars I would. Patrick in financing was great as well.....friendly and super fast! frustration Morning all, here it is Tuesday morning and I am still waiting for my car to be done. How long does it take to replace a window and detail a car. Morning all, here it is Tuesday morning and I am still waiting for my car to be done. How long does it take to replace a window and detail a car. We bought the car on the 15th of March we were told to come back the next day ( Saturday) and the car would be done. Well we got the run around that day saying you ordered the wrong windshield can we bring the car back another day for us to replace the window and detail the car for you. So my wife brings the car back on 22nd( Friday) and you still have the car. This is the third car I have bought from your dealership in the last five years, and I gotta tell you i've never been more disappointed in a dealership as I am now.It will be hard to recommend you to anyone right now.
