While it is no excuse, our service manager has been away from our store, and in his absence, your situation did not receive the proper attention it deserved. The parties involved have been reprimanded for causing the damage and your vehicle has since been repaired. We understand your position in feeling the way you do, but would ask for another chance and not let this one event ruin what was a great relationship in the past. We hope that will be the case. Today we still have the same problem, we pay for a comfortable car and we have to move our children in an uncomfortable car, not the one we bought, still the dealer has not been able to solve a problem caused by the dealer.
