During this transaction I ordered a new VW GTI in April of 2015, but because I was late in getting my order in, the manufacturer pushed it back to a 2016 model. While I did not want to wait for 8 months to get my new car, it ended up being a blessing in disguise. Not only did my sale rep CJ Jenkins keep me informed on the process of when the car was scheduled to arrive, he also had everything filled out and ready to go when I arrived to pick up my new 2016 GTI. Additionally, Jeff Korel was very helpful with pricing because of my extended wait time. Service manager Rich Lord has been my go-to-guy for many years. He is someone that I fully trust for information and ideas on how best to maintain my cars. He is truly a class act and a major asset to the Pete Moore Service Team. And when it comes to needing parts or accessories for my cars, Joe Greer is The Parts MAN!! I was greeted at the door by Mark Torelli who immediately made me feel at home. He grabbed me a cup of coffee as we sat to talk about the cars I was interested in and I immediately felt at ease. Having been shopping for cars for a couple months now, I had seen all the tactics, but Mark was different. A very honest and straightforward salesmen, we went for a test drive and he showed me every feature the car. While he was showing me the features of the vehicle it felt more like an excited family member showing you their new car, not a salesmen trying to push something on you. After the test drive I expressed an interest in crunching numbers, he was able to work with the Used Car Manager, Dan Freeman, to get me a very fair price for my trade and I decided to go forward with the purchase. From start to finish, this was the smoothest, most comfortable car purchase I've ever been involved in. There was no writing of numbers, visiting the manager, coming back with other numbers and options. We agreed upon a fair price for the vehicle, not a monthly payment and went from there. Great service. Very friendly people. Such a good experience! I purchased my VW in Texas (AutoTrader), and I I live equidistant from Pete Moore VW and the VW dealership in Mobile. I had a Such a good experience! I purchased my VW in Texas (AutoTrader), and I I live equidistant from Pete Moore VW and the VW dealership in Mobile. I had a small problem that could be repaired quickly by a technician. I was going to be in Mobile on this particular day, so I called the VW dealership there. They were booked solid and said I would need to make an appointment for the next week. So I called Pete Moore VW and talked to Brian Macquire. He didn't say they would fix my problem, but invited me to drop by and someone would at least look at the problem. After my business in Mobile, I drove to Pensacola, and I was greeted by Rich Lord at the VW dealer. He immediately came out, looked at my car, and he was able to fix the problem himself. But as he was getting information about myself and my car, he noted it was due for the 30,000 mile maintenance, which to my surprise was covered under the original warranty-- and he said they could do it right then. And they did! So wow! The difference is this: All auto dealers know how to service cars, but not all know how to service customers. I really felt like they cared about me, and wanted my business. Pete Moore VW will be handling all the service on my VW. More

Leo is the man! Told Leo what I was able to work with, and he went way out of his way to make sure I had every option available to me.
