A Truly Fair Deal I went to Pete Moore VW in Pensacola knowing already the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I had done my homework regarding what my trade-in was wor I went to Pete Moore VW in Pensacola knowing already the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I had done my homework regarding what my trade-in was worth and what the value of the vehicle I wanted should be worth. With a manufacture incentive, a dealer incentive, and a military discount, I left feeling that I had been offered, and had made, a fair deal. Kudos to Mark Torelli in sales for his professionalism, knowledge, and sales ethics. Also, kudos to Kimberly Gilbert, the business manager, for making the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend Pete Moore VW, and intend to do business with them again in the future. More

Non existant warranty Took my new Passat SEL in for warranty repairs. I was treated like I had never driven a car before and none of the issues were repaired. I then contacted VW who also said the flaws in the car were unrepairable and essentially I was stuck with a $32K car with flaws and I had no options other than to repair it myself at my own expense. Bottom line-there is no bumper to bumper warranty on VW either from dealer or company. More

We called and spoke with Jeff and Lyn, we found them very pleasant and courteous to work with. We told Lyn what model of Tiguan we were looking for and she delivered and We are out of State Buyers and we are really pleased with the Tiguan that we bought. . Easy in. Easy out. We were trying to find a used vehicle that would last a long time. Don't need lots of bells and whistles. After narrowing our selection to the one best suiting our needs, Nick took us inside the show room, asked a few general questions--did some paper work. He was friendly, patient while we explained our needs and reassuring when asked about follow up support. The finance man worked with what we had as down payment and adjusted payments to a figure we can afford. The manager even agreed to put two new tires on the vehicle. The entire process was maybe three hours--largely due to our indecision. All the personnel were friendly, courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend Pete Moore Imports or Pete Moore Chevrolet, to anyone who is thinking of stepping into a quality vehicle. More

Quick and Easy Experience This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Pete Moore(the first being a Chevy Colorado a few years back). I have to say they make the car buying process quick and simple. They are not pushy, but help put you in the vehicle you are looking for. They only had one Volkswagen Golf in stock that was in our price range, but Nicholas Mason our salesman, was very helpful in double checking their inventory to see what they had. We were happy with the one they had though. They were up front with everything that we would have to pay and what everything covered. They searched and found the best financing for us as well. And to top it off, Nicholas help get us started on figuring out the Infotainment system in our new Golf and pointing out some other key features in the car. We were also introduced to the sales department(which I had actually dealt with a few years ago when I previously had a Jetta), and was surprised that Rich still remembered me. This is why I will keep going back to Pete Moore for our future car needs. More
