Yesterday I returned my Jetta as part of the VW buy back, and was once again dreading the long painful process of buying a new car, along with the p Yesterday I returned my Jetta as part of the VW buy back, and was once again dreading the long painful process of buying a new car, along with the pushy sales people, but Pete Moore was not what I had expected from a car dealership. I was already set on the Passat R-Line and was introduced to Mark Torelli, who was what every salesman should be. He even went the extra mile and had every car on the lot of different colors (interior/exterior) I was interested in pulled next to one another, so I could look at them side by side, and decide on what I wanted rather than me walking all around the lot looking at cars. This made my decision making process much easier, and much less stressful. Next was the even more miserable part of working with finance and signing 14 million papers. I was introduced to Kim Gilbert, who to my surprise made this part as simple and expeditious as I have ever experienced in any dealership. I have dealt with a number of dealerships across a number of different makes, and I can honestly say Pete Moore VW is hands down the BEST I have ever dealt with.
