Purchase of a new car in a new city/state. This was my 4th dealership that I had visited and was getting very frustrated! Went out of his to Make arrangements and assistance to return my rental car and get my sister(who was with me) to the airport and set me up with Kim( who was also very helpful and great to work with) for extended warranty. My whole experience, especially from being out of town, was terrific and so very less stressful than the other dealerships I had been to.
