Very satisfied, 3rd VW customer of Pete Moore Imports After VW GOA bought back my 2013 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI, I needed a replacement vehicle. I started my search several months ago with Charlie Rotenbe After VW GOA bought back my 2013 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI, I needed a replacement vehicle. I started my search several months ago with Charlie Rotenberry. He developed some medical issues that required him to recommend Rick Cribb, as my new salesman. Rick helped me narrow down my choices of vehicles to buy. An out-of-town family emergency caused Rick to have C.J. Jenkins help me on the day I needed to buy my 2017 VW Golf Alltrack SEL. CJ coordinated with Jeff Korel to arrive at a very good sales deal on this car for me. All in all, I was very pleased with doing business with this staff at Pete Moore Imports. Part of continuing to buy VW's from Pete Moore Imports has been due to the excellent maintenance service that Mike Kern and his staff have provided to me for my previous two VW's. More

Mark was Awesome! Mark F nasty, rude man! Mark Torelli is the best car salesman ever! To start the process he fixed my favorite tea (lemon ginger). Awesome just bought my first new car in years. the last time I did such it was a real chore. needless to say I wasn't expecting anything different this time a just bought my first new car in years. the last time I did such it was a real chore. needless to say I wasn't expecting anything different this time around. well I was totally wrong. it was basically an in and out experience.
