Excellent Service for This Customer With Unique Needs My husband and I recently bought a VW Beetle from Pete Moore for our daughter. She has a physical disability and while she is able to walk, she drives with hand controls so the things we had to consider in purchasing a car are non-typical, to put it mildly. My daughter and I went in initially without my husband and our salesperson, Rick Cribb, was incredibly helpful. He wanted to understand her needs and concerns because he asked questions and made suggestions that were truly helpful while we were considering the car. My husband went back a couple of days later to attempt to negotiate a fair deal and he was every bit as complementary as I had been after the first visit. We had done our research beforehand and the deal we received was fair and actually exceeded our expectations. In addition, Jeff Korel, the sales manager, was knowledgeable and helpful in working with us after the sale on VW's assistance program for mobility modifications. We would absolutely return to Pete Moore Imports! More

I looked at several brands, but decided that the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport looked like a good choice. The warranty is as good or better than that of Kia, and the car also looks and drives better. Usually, for me, anyway, buying a new car is a stressful thing. I want the best deal I can get, and the other dealers I went to pretty much wanted to screw me. So when I ended up at Pete Moore Mistubishi, I expected the same thing. Wow, was I wrong! EVERYONE, from my salesman Drew, to Jeff, the sales manager, to the finance manager, were outstanding! there were absolutely NO GAMES! I felt as though I was treated fairly from start to finish, and with respect. It's only been a few days since my new car purchase, and i'm still talking about how well I was treated. Not to mention the great deal I got on my new car. I am a customer for life now! Honestly, it's just as important how you're treated, and these folks will treat you well. If you're thinking about a new car, you should absolutely talk to these folks. They really will make you feel like family. Absolutely 5 stars! More
