He wasn't like the typical vulture circling their next meal. Mike was great to work with! He was so helpful and kind, and most importantly he was not pushy at all. The manager was great to work with as well and helped ensure we were completely satisfied. The finance representative Jennifer was a pleasure to work with too. She went through all of the various docments and additional options available and made the purchasing part a breeze. Best car buying experience ever! We have purchased several cars before from other dealers, but this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. The salesman, Mark, was sup We have purchased several cars before from other dealers, but this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. The salesman, Mark, was super helpful. He showed us everything we wanted to see, but he never put on the pressure for us to buy. I was so surprised by that. He was extremely patient with us as we sorted through our choices, answering our questions, and letting us drive different models to find the best car for us. And I think we indeed found the best car for us. We are very happy with the car we purchased. We were also very pleased with our dealings with the manager, Jeff. He was very courteous and gave us a fair price. This seemed so different than past managers at other dealerships we have been to. The ladies in the cashier’s office were also super friendly. And last, but certainly not least, was the finance person, Jennifer—she was sooooo nice! She was able to get our financing where we needed it to make the purchase, and she worked after hours to finish the deal so we didn’t have to come back to finish it the next day. We did wait until the next day to pick up the car, because they wanted to do some extra clean up on the car before we took it—and it did look good! As we were outside inspecting the car, Jennifer came out and spoke with us, congratulating us on our purchase. She didn’t have to do that. And she seemed so genuinely happy for us. Now, I know that it is a car dealership and it is their job to make the customer happy in order to try to sell you a car. But our dealings with them went so much beyond that. They never pressured us and truly seemed interested in helping us make the best decision for our next car, whether that was buying with them or not. I would definitely recommend them. More

He checked the inventory and found that it was across the street at the other Pete Moore location. He went across the street and brought the car to us. After the test drive, he asked what it would take to get us in the car today. We gave him a figure and he was off to the sales manager. He returned with a counter offer which was a little above our offer but still a good price. Mr. Prell made us feel at home, got us something to drink and engaged us in friendly conversation while we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed by the Finance Manager...who was also wonderful. Overall, we were very satisfied with the dealership and especially our purchase. We highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Prell. More
