The 2022 Outlander is an in demand vehicle. My lease is up and I was looking at the Outlander. I entered my information on the Pete Moore Mitsubishi website. Mark Torelli reached out to me with My lease is up and I was looking at the Outlander. I entered my information on the Pete Moore Mitsubishi website. Mark Torelli reached out to me within a couple of hours. Mark let me know that all that were on his website have either been sold or deposits put down to hold them when they arrived at the dealership. Over a 3.5 week period, Mark stayed in contact with me with updates. Finally, they received 2 Outlanders that were not sold and Mark let me know they had them. My wife and I went to the dealership the next afternoon and one was sold and they still had one available. We arrived and were greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. Mark let us test drive the Outlander and my wife fell in love with it. We sat down with Mark and explained what our lease parameters were. He got the numbers from his manager and the payment was less that I had thought and just like that we made a deal. It was the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. No pressure, no typical sales tactics, just plain ole fashioned genuine deal making. Steve was awesome to deal with in F&I. He was very funny and signing the contract was painless. I started in your dealership when we move to that location with your service dept . As my car was serviced i was given a loner, This enabled me to drive my son for radiation. We bought a car for our daughter on January 8. The sales experience was pleasant, but there was an error on the finance paperwork preventing us from getting her tag. It expires in six days. We’ve only been told by the dealership it would take a couple more weeks. I have left messages for the finance office, and the new car manager with no return call. The salesman is clueless and just says “he doesn’t know how this happened.” I realize that mistakes happen, but this is a car dealership and this should be normal process for them. We drove two hours from out of state to make the purchase. Our daughter lives a couple of hours away from us at college. Very disappointed in this customer service! More
