Mark made it happen for us. I wanted to give a special thanks to him. I didn't have much for a car, just a certain amount of money. Mark heard my story and told me that we all have been there at some point in our lives. He had one used car that had just came out of inspection, so we looked at it and test drove it. The signs that I use for Open House and all the other stuff that I have to lug around with me had fit in the car just fine. The car even has a place for my tools that I have to have as well and it keeps them hidden out of sight, all nice and tucked away. Which is nice and I don't have to have a tool box, which would be out in the open. Mark made sure that everything worked in my favor so I could have something to drive. Mark was very carrying. he listened to everything we had to say and our concerns and worries. Mark showed us compassion and concerned and it showed. You can tell that Mark deeply cares about his clients and wants the best for them. He has compassion and it shows. It did with my husband and I. Mark cares deeply... I took an 08 beetle in for something was draining the battery. I was informed these are sometimes hard to find. No calls or follow up was done, so I called in after a week. Nothing was found yet. After two weeks of no call or follow up, I again had to call. Still nothing. I live about 45-60 minutes away from the dealership. On the fourth week, I was in town, and stopped by. My customer service rep stated he was out for oral surgery and did not know the status, went out and checked on the car and nothing yet. I got the service manger involved, he stated they had forgotten about the car for two weeks. I asked if they cannot do it, to refer me to someone that could. I got no referral but was offered to pack it up. I cannot take a car that cannot hold a charge. So, unfortunately and regretful, I had to leave it with them. No real apology or offer for a loaner car. I am still waiting, going on week 5. Today is Friday Sept 14 and the service manager stated they should have an answer on Tuesday Sept 17. This is not my car but my 89 year old mother. Anyone wanting to contact me, email brew_ha0001@yahoo.com Sept 16 update: I received a call from my VW rep stating the problem was found and parts are being ordered Also, the parts should be in 2-3 days Sept 20 update: VW rep calls today at 2:28pm. He states, your vehicle is ready for you to go. Unfortunately I did not have the to pick it up today but will in the morning. I'll let you know how it ends. Sept 21 update: After 5 weeks and 1 day, the car is happy to be home again. Thanks for listening. More

It started with my wife wanting to look at the new Outlanders as she had researched many positives while home in Japan. We went to Pete Moore Mitsubishi and was greeted by Kyle Prell who showed us several models and their features. His salesmanship was pressure free and he bent over backwards to accommodate our questions, concerns and time constraints. Kyle was very knowledgeable and courteous. We test drove the Outlander "black edition" and were impressed and smitten by all of the features, handling, cabin environment, and price point. It outclassed my beloved Hondas and made me a fan. Steve Beauchamp really impressed us with the tech and the ease in navigating the application and he is a stellar manager. Plus, he is an owner and a true believer of the Mitsubishi brand! A kudos and sincere shout-out to Patty "Cakes" Hayles who guided us through the paperwork and the financing. She made the experience enjoyable, stress-free, calm and instructive. Not unlike a favorite teacher or coach. She also a great sense of humor! What an awesome Team! More

I came to the Pete Moore Dealership on a whim after having a couple bad experiences with other dealerships. I was expecting a salesperson to blow me off, only speak to my husband and tell me unicorns d having a couple bad experiences with other dealerships. I was expecting a salesperson to blow me off, only speak to my husband and tell me unicorns didn’t exist (this is how I was treated elsewhere). David from Pete Moore met us in the sales lot and my husband quickly told him, “Nope you have to talk to her, she’s the boss, not me.” From that point David kept is questions directed to me and listened to what I was looking for. David didn’t have my first choice vehicles but came up with comparable models and found my unicorn! From the beginning David treated me with respect, listened to what I wanted, enthusiastic to help and didn’t pressure me. I wasn’t able to leave with the vehicle same day because I was waiting on my loan check to come through, but David and his team were able to reserve the vehicle until the next business day (3 days later). The day I purchased David came in on his day off! I know in sales you do what you have to in order for the sale to happen, but David was super accommodating and didn’t make feel like I was a problem. As my first car buying experience this was 20/10 ⭐️ and we plan to exclusively use David and Pete Moore for future vehicle needs! More
