I HAVE BEEN BUYING AND SELLING CARS FOR OVER 4O YEARS AND HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A SALESMAN ON THE LEVEL OF MR. DAVID ROSA. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE AUTO'S WAS UNSURPASSED, AND HIS NO PUSH, BUT SERVICE APPROACH I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A SALESMAN ON THE LEVEL OF MR. DAVID ROSA. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE AUTO'S WAS UNSURPASSED, AND HIS NO PUSH, BUT SERVICE APPROACH IMPRESSED ME BEYOND WORDS. ONCE ALL AGREED TO A PRICE I WAS SENT TO MR. JOHN CREAMER IN FINANCE WHO SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME SEARCHING THE VERY BEST FINANCING AND RATE HE COULD GET FOR ME AND WAS SUCCESSFUL BEYOND MY DRAMS. A WEEK LATER, HAVING SOME QUESTIONS ON THE MILLAGE PER GALLON I WAS GETTING DAVID ROSA SET ME UP WITH RICH IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. DAVID AND RICH ARRANGED FOR ME TO HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR TO DRIVE WHILE SERVICE CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT ON MY NEW CAR AND FOUND NOTHING, BUT WERE ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR THE LOWER MILLAGE WITH FIRST FULL TANK IN A WAY I UNDERSTOOD IT. I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED SEVERAL FOLKS TO WORK WITH PETE MOORE AND ESPECIALLY MR. DAVID ROSA. I THANK THE ENTIRE TEAM FOR THE WAY I HAVE BEEN SERVICED AND THE RED CARPET LAID OUT FOR ME BEFORE, AFTER AND STILL TODAY WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT, THEY CONTINUE TO TOUCH BASE TO MAKE SURE ALL IS AT IT SHOULD BE. David was exceptional to work with! He made the car buying process easy and fun. We never felt pressured and left knowing we got the best deal. He made us feel like we were his only customer. I love volkswagen cars and currently own two. I live a good distance away but try to bring my cars in for service with the dealer. I've had multiple trips in for standard service on my rabbit and have always had a great experience when I deal with Rich. I know that when I ask him a question - like how much longer do I have on my tires? That I will get an honest answer. More recently I purchased a new vehicle and brought it back a week later for a strange vibration noise coming from the passenger side. I was waiting in the service area for a diagnosis and was informed by Rich that although they found the problem and it was minor that it would require my car for a few days to get the part in and installed. I was instantly upset and disappointed that my new car was having issues and frustrated that I would need to make another long trip back for repairs. I had my 6 month old son with me and it was all a bit overwhelming! Rich saw my frustration and went out of his way to quickly get me a rental so that I would not have to make an extra trip back. He also swiftly swapped over the carseat base and mirrors from my new car to the rental and assured me the whole time that this was an isolated incident and not a sign of things to come with my new car. His professional and calm nature and dedication to customer service make it worth the extra drive out to Pensacola to know my cars are in good hands! When you go in ask for Rich!! More
This has seriously got to be the worst dealership we've ever dealt with. We stood outside looking at vehicles for quite some time until we finally went in to ask for help. This was the middle of the day on a Wednesday, they weren't exactly busy. In the short conversation we had with both John (Sales Manager) and Jim (Salesman) it was very obvious that we weren't not going to be buying a car from them. Not only were they unable to answer several basic questions about the car we were interested in, they also were not clearly in any type of negotiation on the price. In addition, it was very obvious that there was some sort of tension between both John and Jim which made matters even more uncomfortable. The bottom line is, take your business elsewhere!! These people are not interested in selling cars at a fair price in a professional manner. They are interested in ripping people off with substandard customer service. More
