Before my wife and I went to Pete Moore VW we stopped at a small lot dealership wanting to trade in our 2006 VW Touareg on a Passat. The people at the small dealership made us feel like we were being bullie a small lot dealership wanting to trade in our 2006 VW Touareg on a Passat. The people at the small dealership made us feel like we were being bullied and we were extremely uncomfortable. We then went to Pete Moore VW and they immediately started "crunching numbers" for us! They would not show us a car until they were sure that it would work for us financially. We were several thousand dollars upside down on our Touareg and it was not great on gas for what we needed it for. They took everything into consideration and we went from an 06 Touareg with nearly 70k miles on it (and the warranty was about to run out) to an 07 Passat in immaculate condition with 13000 and a 2 year warranty for the same payments we had on the Touareg! For such a stressful day, Pete Moore made it alot less stressful by listening to what we needed and working with us on what we could afford! More

We (the whole family) seek him out), Rick Cribb is one of those gentle giants you fall in love with, his kind blue eyes and boyish hair style, leaves one to believe he keeps with what is new and is in the know about the newer cars. And he is! Our first dealing was for our daughter to find a reliable and economical automobile for her 4 years at FSU. Rick was helpful in pointing out little features such as tire sizes that normally run less when replacement becomes necessary, and periodic maintenance that was longer between intervals. When figured into the total expense of the car these features saved us some money along with the already reasonable price he was offering. He took his own time to run around and see that the car was fitted with an auto speed control and darker windows, something a younger driver feels they require. Rick's follow-ups are like talking to an old friend. He will let you know what exceptional cars he has available, but mainly he is interested in customer satisfaction, and staying in contact with a possible client. I have recommended many customers to Rick over the last 12 years, with-out exception they love dealing with him. His honesty and non-pushy demeanor is one of his greatest assets. His willingness to be honest about a cars deficiency is a trust builder. Customers respect this. A customer knows what they are looking for and there are those that cannot be made to buy once they have been pushed. Rick has always been a big help with financing, he seems to know, about every angle, and where to go for financing at the cheapest rates, something I personally appreciate. My two daughters my son-in-law, my son and daughter-in-law have all purchased automobiles from him, as has my wife and I. I would guess 12 to 15 automobiles over the years, perhaps more.. I know of at least 7 to 8 friends that have become regular customers of Rick's. Over the years I consider Rick to have become a very trustworthy friend. He has that ability to make a person feel uplifted, even when I talk with him about personal problems, having nothing to do with autos.
