I had a great experience with Pete Moore Imports. Jeff Korel, the Sales Manager, did a great job a getting me into a new car. I drove 60+ miles because I know the service they provide and it by far the best VW dealership in the area. I have leased two new cars from them, and both time was a blast. Fun with no pressure to buy. I would recommend Jeff Korel, Gary DeStefano, or Rick Cribb (my original sales person 4 years ago, at my first experience with Pete Moore) If you want exceptional service Pete Moore is the VW dealership to go to. Our experience with Pete Moore was outstanding. At the time we were looking we weren't even that serious about trading in our vehicle for another, but after speaking with Kyle and determining what he woul time we were looking we weren't even that serious about trading in our vehicle for another, but after speaking with Kyle and determining what he would be able to provide for us we were able to go home for a while and use the information to determine if it would actually be beneficial to go for. We went back that same evening and talked a little further. He even allowed us to take the vehicle home for the night with no obligation towards purchasing it. The very next morning we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. John was also a pleasure to work with. John even got us a better financing rate than what we had originally been approved for. Also they were able to clean the loan for our trade in. Kyle and John are great to make a deal with. Customer service at the dealer was awesome. I had emailed the internet sales manager on very short notice to have a car ready for me to test drive. I did not have time to check my email before I went to the the internet sales manager on very short notice to have a car ready for me to test drive. I did not have time to check my email before I went to the dealer, but he had the car ready for me. He offered refreshments, and explained the abilities of the car in great detail(I'm a big car guy, and my dad is a master mechanic, so I know when someone is spouting off random facts, and when they actually know what they're talking about. David was the real deal). He was extremely friendly to me. I came in jeans, flops, and a ratty, sleeveless shirt, straight from the beach, and I was not looked down upon at all. Rather, I was looked at and treated as a valued customer. I did take a test drive, and the experience was overall very good. Price isn't much of an issue with me, but I did notice rather low trade in value on my car(again, I'm a car guy, and I could sell my car rather quickly for triple what they offered). This dealership will definately be high on my list to do business with in the future. More
