Dave was the three things I look for in a salesman. He was friendly, professional, and patient. I work as a technician and do not generally have to travel outside my own dealership to find a vehicle but I was friendly, professional, and patient. I wasn't sure the vehicle was the right one for me and Dave didn't place one bit of pressure on me to buy. In the end I did buy it and Dave helped me get the price and trade value that I wanted. The salesman showed me a truck driving by, a white one in the back, that you just got in, took my number and said he would call me that day with the information. I had looked for days for a car on Hwy 29 dealers because they were closest to my home. So, I finally said lets go to "Pete" and look. I bought a car 3 years ago there for me and earlier this year there fo they were closest to my home. So, I finally said lets go to "Pete" and look. I purchased a new vehicle from Pete Moore VW earlier in the year, and decided to trade in for economic reasons, I picked out a used truck, and was happy with the deal and vehicle, but upon driving it for a the year, and decided to trade in for economic reasons, I picked out a used truck, and was happy with the deal and vehicle, but upon driving it for a couple days, i realized I was not happy with certain characteristics about the vehicle, and contacted the dealership with my concerns. The vehicle had a buy back gurantee through carfax, so I was not worried, but that was never mentioned, the dealership team was very understanding, and just said find another vehicle you like. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, went out of their way to be helpful, and very professional with all the extra trouble and work I put them through. All I can say is thanks for the hard work, and job well done. I will see you in the future. More
