I didn't feel pressured at all. I feel he gave me a good deal. My whole experience felt as though I was shopping for a car with a friend. David Rosa was a great salesman and like I said felt like a friend from the moment I pulled up to the dealership. He was very kind, friendly, and very fair. The sales and finance staff was great and I really enjoy the car. Yes, my overall experience was great. I do have one negative comment. When I picked-up the car it was getting dark and it had just rained, s the car. Yes, my overall experience was great. I do have one negative comment. There was a sticky residue above all the doors (the edge of the roof), I assume it is from the covering it had for shipping. More

The price was very good and reached without a huge amount of haggling. I recently sent my niece to Pete Moore and she purchased a used 2009 Chevy Traverse from them and is very pleased also. I have dealt with this dealership many times and have always found them to abide by the highest standards of integrity in all business dealings. Kyle was extreamly friendly and showed us all the features of the 2012 Bettle. Kyle also filled our New car with a full tank of gas for us. Dave was the three things I look for in a salesman. He was friendly, professional, and patient. I work as a technician and do not generally have to travel outside my own dealership to find a vehicle but I was friendly, professional, and patient. I do have a comment for the Chevy side of the house. I went over there a day or two before going to the VW side- where I purchased my last vehicle (2010 Jetta). The salesman showed me a truck driving by, a white one in the back, that you just got in, took my number and said he would call me that day with the information.
