I enjoyed the staff I worked with as well as the others in the dealership I met in passing. My salesperson, Mark, was very understanding of my expectations from the beginning and spent time searching for in the dealership I met in passing. I do have a comment for the Chevy side of the house. I went over there a day or two before going to the VW side- where I purchased my last vehicle (2010 Jetta). The salesman showed me a truck driving by, a white one in the back, that you just got in, took my number and said he would call me that day with the information. I had looked for days for a car on Hwy 29 dealers because they were closest to my home. So, I finally said lets go to "Pete" and look. I bought a car 3 years ago there for me and earlier this year there fo they were closest to my home. So, I finally said lets go to "Pete" and look. Salesmen were friendly on all 3 occassions and really met all my needs. They kinda greet you as " oh, I know you, I sold you a car"..yes you did and I am back again. I purchased a new vehicle from Pete Moore VW earlier in the year, and decided to trade in for economic reasons, I picked out a used truck, and was happy with the deal and vehicle, but upon driving it for a the year, and decided to trade in for economic reasons, I picked out a used truck, and was happy with the deal and vehicle, but upon driving it for a couple days, i realized I was not happy with certain characteristics about the vehicle, and contacted the dealership with my concerns. The vehicle had a buy back gurantee through carfax, so I was not worried, but that was never mentioned, the dealership team was very understanding, and just said find another vehicle you like. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, went out of their way to be helpful, and very professional with all the extra trouble and work I put them through. All I can say is thanks for the hard work, and job well done. I will see you in the future. More

Sales consultants Gary DeStefano and Kyle Prell both assisted us over a several month period. Both individuals were polite and professional. Each time we visited, we were greeted warmly and were offer assisted us over a several month period. Both individuals were polite and professional. Although new to this auto dealership, Gary was helpful in answering our questions. If he did not know the answer to a question, he admitted to that, but quickly researched the item, providing us with an answer. I appreciate his honesty and his dedication to follow up on his assurance to find the answer. I was impressed that at the completion of the sale, I was given a demonstration of significant safety and operational items in the vehicle. Also, before he would let me depart, Gary made it a point to introduce me to the Service Department manager and his assistants. All of the staff members that I observed were polite and welcoming. I felt as if I were joining their 'family'. I feel confident that they will continue to treat me with respect and will provide great service for my vehicle. More
