I must say that this car buying experience this past week, was by far the best experience we have ever encountered! Rick provided exceptional and professional knowledge of the vehicles. However; Rick did make this a "fun event" for us. We came away from this buying experience with a new 2012 Beetle. At no point did we ever feel pressured, and we greatly appreciate that! The sales and finance staff was great and I really enjoy the car. Yes, my overall experience was great. I do have one negative comment. When I picked-up the car it was getting dark and it had just rained, s the car. Yes, my overall experience was great. I do have one negative comment. When I picked-up the car it was getting dark and it had just rained, so it was not until the next morning that I noticed the detail people had not completely cleaned the car's exterior. There was a sticky residue above all the doors (the edge of the roof), I assume it is from the covering it had for shipping. More

The price was very good and reached without a huge amount of haggling. I recently sent my niece to Pete Moore and she purchased a used 2009 Chevy Traverse from them and is very pleased also. Dave was the three things I look for in a salesman. He was friendly, professional, and patient. I work as a technician and do not generally have to travel outside my own dealership to find a vehicle but I was friendly, professional, and patient.
